Workforce Training Grants
Are you a parent with dependent children under the age of 18? If so you may be eligible for education assistance through the Education and Training for Self-Sufficiency (ETSS) Grant! Applicant must also meet income guidelines and be a resident of Wyoming to qualify.
Goshen County parents may also be eligible for assistance through the TANF Grant program.

ETSS Grant
The following programs are eligible for ETSS Grant Funding:
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Heavy Equipment Operator
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
- Welding
- Electrical Apprenticeship
Other education programs eligible for ETSS grant funding (approved on a case by case basis as funds are available)
- Business Administration
- Business Office Technology
- Cosmetology
- Criminal Justice
- Education
- Entrepreneurship
- Machine Tooling Technology
- Massage therapy
- Pre-nursing
- Web Design
- Vet Tech
- Wildlife and Fisheries Biology and Management
TANF Grant
The following programs are eligible for TANF Grant Funding:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
- Business Office Technology
- Criminal Justice
- Computer Networking
- Farm/ Ranch Management
- Information Technology Support Specialist
- Veterinary Technology
- Welders or Machinists
Workforce training grants are available to assist businesses in providing for their company's training needs.
Grants for Existing Positions – For businesses who wish to retrain or upgrade their employee's skills.
Pre-hire Grant – Assists businesses in training new employees as the business grows and new positions are created.
